What is Lip Augmentation?
Lip augmentation is the only way to attain the long-lasting results that you are looking for. The options include injectable fillers and surgical procedures. They can give you fuller, well-defined lips.
What Should I Expect at My Lip Augmentation Consultation?
Hyaluronic acid is biocompatible, as it naturally occurs in the body. This eliminates the need for allergy testing and greatly reduces the chances of a reaction. Using hyaluronic acid to enhance patient’s lips is not a simple injection. It requires a skilled injector, and that is what you will find at the Rendon Center, where you know you will always receive quality care. Your doctor will take the time to understand what you hope to achieve and will then explain the procedure to you. After they have answered all of your questions, they will proceed with the procedure.

What are the Risks of Surgical Lip Augmentation?
Surgical implants can permanently give you the look you want. As is the case with any surgical procedure, there are risks. The potential complications include problems such as excessive scarring, infection, and, depending on the implant material, an allergic reaction. Another problem is permanence, if you do not like the results from your implant surgery, you will require yet another surgery to remove the implants.
Non-Surgical Lip Enhancement
Injectable lip enhancement is a non-invasive treatment that can give you the results that you are looking for. One of the most common treatments is hyaluronic acid (I.E. Restylane and Juvéderm) based dermal filler.
They are frequently used to reduce lines and wrinkles, but also are a good choice for lip augmentation. Hyaluronic acid can increase volume and improve the shape and structure of your lips, giving you the look you desire. Moreover, if you are unhappy with the look, it will resolve itself in time, no surgery needed!
How Long Does a Non-Surgical Lip Enhancement Treatment Session Take?
There are several benefits to this option, including the fact that most appointments do not take more than 20 or 30 minutes.
How Long Do Non-Surgical Lip Augmentation Results Last?
On average, the results last about six months before you need to touch up treatments.
